WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 Cup Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Baking soda
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 Bananas for the Dough (1/2 Banana for plating)
  • 1 Teaspoon Peanut Butter (for each pancake layer)
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • Pinch Salt
  • Blueberries (to your preference)

HOW TO MAKE:

  • First, mash the bananas and add cinnamon
  • Then, add eggs to the mashed bananas
  • Next, add vanilla flavor
  • Baking soda and a pinch of salt
  • Then, add 1 cup and 1/4 oats
  • Blend the mix in a blender
  • Add blue berries before frying the dough with coconut oil
  • Add peanut butter and banana after frying and sprinkle cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey on top.
