WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1-½ cup cheddar cheëse
  • 1.5 lb ground beef, brownëd
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¾ cup water
  • 4 medium green peppers, halvëd
  • 1 packët taco seasoning mix, or seeking good eats homemade taco seasoning recipe

HOW TO MAKE:
