WHAT YOU NEED:

For 2 People

  • 12 large hard boiled eggs
  • 4 beaten eggs lightly salted
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • to taste SnP

  • Parsley

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. First, boil eggs and cut in half.
  2. Then, put all yolks in bowl with all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Next, take eggs whites place in flour, dredge in beaten egg, then cover in panko bread crumbs
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes, let sit on paper towel to cool.
  5. Add smooth egg yolk mixture to eat egg.
  6. And last.. serve & enjoy!
